OUR DINNER SERIES is a new form of elevated, experiential dining. For six weeks on Saturday evenings we will explore a theme with a special 8-course tasting menu complete with beverage pairings.
Limited to only 20 seats each night, the dinner is served in our Gallery, surrounded by curated works that spark conversation and inspiration. Each course is presented in a unique vessel, created in collaboration with local artisans, designed specifically to tell the story of the food.
Inception is about beginnings - elemental and natural. The Palette Dinner Series starts with this theme. The true marriage of food and art begins to take form as chefs, artists and craftsmen come together to present a unique elevated experience.
