SAN FRANCISCO TREND SHEET JULY 2020 The Compass Condominium Price Tracker in July 2020 declined 6.2% YoY, to $1,190/SF. Six new construction contracts were signed as San Francisco’s phased reopening plans were put on hold yet again. Resale inventory increased 16% MoM to 762; months of inventory was at 7.8 months, a steep decline from June and a positive sign for the market.
