Rebecca has lived in San Francisco for the past 16 years. In this time, she has generated a deep understanding of the nuance and complexity of each unique neighborhood market. Her expertise has led to repeated home sales at record prices in their respective districts. Rebecca ranked in the Top 1% of San Francisco agents.

Rebecca's expertise is rooted in a global perspective. Before moving to San Francisco, Rebecca traveled extensively as the Director of Operations for a Mayo Clinic program. She stays plugged into the international market by bringing real-time real estate news to China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan using the THEO application. A connector, she continues to attend workshops abroad and has built lasting relationships and associations that broaden our team’s buyer pool.

Rebecca is an avid cyclist and member of the Lucky Ones cycling club. She is also a supporter of the art museums of San Francisco, the Commonwealth Club of California, and City Arts and Lectures. Rebecca is active with the University of Minnesota President’s Club, where she created an annual scholarship to the College of Science and Engineering.





Terri Tiffany is the founder and CEO of Sand Hill Partners, a public relations firm with over 20 years’ experience creating and executing dynamic communications strategies for the world’s top luxury brands. Her area of expertise is consumer communications and events, with a focus on luxury brand marketing. She has worked extensively with Pacific Union and in the past has created and executed PR strategies for Samsung, Starbucks and the Bay to Breakers race.

A native San Franciscan, Tiffany holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Stanford University where she studied journalism and marketing communications.









Selma Hepp joined Pacific Union in early 2016 as Vice President of Business Intelligence. In this newly created executive role, Selma analyzes real estate market and economic conditions in order to help deliver definitive buyer profiles and specific marketing tactics to our real estate professionals, enabling them to better serve their clientele.

Prior to joining Pacific Union, Selma was chief economist at Trulia. Her career includes positions as senior economist for the California Association of Realtors and economist and manager of public policy and homeownership at the National Association of Realtors. She has also worked as a research associate at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the National Center for Smart Growth Research and Education.

Hepp earned her Master of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York (SUNY),Buffalo and a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning and Design from the University of Maryland.





Bryant McOmber joined Pacific Union, now Compass, as the vice president and manager of its California Street office in August 2004. He previously served as a vice president with Alain Pinel Realtors, where he was responsible for its San Mateo and Half Moon Bay offices. 

A former Alameda County Deputy District Attorney, McOmber has specialized exclusively in real estate and brokerage law since 1988. His experience includes a long tenure as general counsel for Cornish & Carey Residential Real Estate and he has conducted numerous legal seminars for real estate professionals. 

McOmber is a licensed broker and an active member in good standing of the San Mateo and Santa Clara County Bar Associations and the State Bar of California. He serves as legal counsel for PRDS, producer of printed and online residential real estate forms and has advised the California Association of Realtors with respect to its transactional forms. He has taught a real estate law course at Foothill College since 1992. 

The father of four has enjoyed travel, tennis, time with family, and producing a variety of classical music concerts in the Bay Area.





Larry Rosen is the primary copywriter for the Rebecca Hoffman team. He is a longtime freelance journalist and copywriter whose work has appeared in numerous print and online publications including, San Francisco Magazine, Seattle Magazine, and the Seattle Weekly. From 2007-2014 he was the real estate columnist for the San Francisco Examiner. Rosen is a member of the San Francisco Writers Grotto.






Terry Whistler is the founder and creative director of Whistler Creative Marketing Branding, a boutique agency that has represented leading companies in real estate, travel, recreation, consumer products and retail since its founding in 2003. He is an integrated marketing communications specialist with over 25 years of experience in advertising, direct marketing, design and digital print and an expert at helping brands differentiate from their competition by distilling their unique value by telling a compelling story and visually articulating their singularity.
