Luxury Property Specialist

Rebecca has lived in San Francisco for the past 15 years. In this time, she has generated a deep understanding of the nuance and complexity of each unique neighborhood market. Her expertise has led to repeated home sales at record prices in their respective districts, including recent sales in Pacific Heights, Noe Valley, the Outer Richmond, Inner Sunset, and Mt. Davidson Manor. Rebecca ranks in the Top 1% of San Francisco agents and sold the 11th most expensive home in the City for 2016.

Rebecca's expertise is rooted in a global perspective. Before moving to San Francisco, Rebecca traveled extensively as the Director of Operations for a Mayo Clinic program. She stays plugged in to the international market by bringing real-time real estate news to China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan using the THEO application. Patrick Barber


President of Pacific Union

Patrick V. Barber joined the Pacific Union team in March 2010 after 12 years at Sotheby's International Realty. In 2014, Barber was promoted to president of the company after serving as president of the San Francisco region for four years. He works closely with CEO Mark A. McLaughlin to bring innovative operating practices and market vigor to the company, serves on Pacific Union’s Executive Committee and contributes to the company’s strategic direction, long-term planning, and fiscal decision-making processes. He also sits on the Operating Committee for the company’s insurance joint venture, Pro Insurance.

Bryant McOmber



Bryant McOmber joined Pacific Union as the vice president and manager of its California Street office in August 2004. He previously served as a vice president with Alain Pinel Realtors, where he was responsible for its San Mateo and Half Moon Bay offices.

A former Alameda County Deputy District Attorney, McOmber has specialized exclusively in real estate and brokerage law since 1988. His experience includes a lengthy tenure as general counsel for Cornish & Carey Residential Real Estate and he has conducted numerous legal seminars for real estate professionals.

McOmber is a licensed broker and an active member in good standing of the San Mateo and Santa Clara County Bar Associations and the State Bar of California. He serves as legal counsel for PRDS, producer of printed and on-line residential real estate forms and has advised the California Association of Realtors with respect to its transactional forms. He has taught a real estate law course at Foothill College since 1992.

Selma Hepp


Chief Economist

Selma Hepp joined Pacific Union in early 2016 as Vice President of Business Intelligence. In this newly created executive role, Selma analyzes real estate market and economic conditions in order to help deliver definitive buyer profiles and specific marketing tactics to our real estate professionals, enabling them to better serve their clientele.

Prior to joining Pacific Union, Selma was chief economist at Trulia. Her career includes positions as senior economist for the California Association of Realtors and economist and manager of public policy and homeownership at the National Association of Realtors. She has also worked as a research associate at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the National Center for Smart Growth Research and Education.

Hepp earned her Master of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York (SUNY), Buffalo and a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning and Design from the University of Maryland.

Terri Tiffany


Public Relations

Terri Tiffany is the founder and CEO of Sand Hill Partners, a public relations firm with over 20 years’ experience creating and executing dynamic communications strategies for the world’s top luxury brands. Her area of expertise is consumer communications and events, with a focus on luxury brand marketing. She has worked extensively with Pacific Union and in the past has created and executed PR strategies for Samsung, Starbucks and the Bay to Breakers race.

A native San Franciscan, Tiffany holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Stanford University where she studied journalism and marketing communications.

Lisa Norman


VP of Product

LISA NORMAN grew up in the real estate business and quickly learned that success in real estate comes from staying on the leading edge of industry trends. The daughter of two realtors and an entire family in the business, Lisa has seen the industry evolve into one driven by innovations in marketing and technology and has made it her business to be not just a passenger on the ride to the future of real estate but a driver. 

She’s spent most of her 14 year career focused on pushing employers and clients forward, keeping them at the forefront of innovation within the industry. After briefly pursing a career in media, Lisa entered real estate in 2002. She began her career as a sales and marketing assistant at John Aaroe in Los Angeles and has since been the head of marketing for Pacific Union, Coldwell Banker and the Paragon Real Estate Group. Eric Sandante


Transaction Coordinator

Claudia Hurtado and Eric Sandate bring a combined 25 years of experience in the real estate industry to the Rebecca Hoffman team, having worked as agents, escrow officers, mortgage lenders and, in Eric’s case, as the manager of a boutique real estate firm in San Mateo County. In 2015, they created Gold Coast Transaction Group, an independent real estate transaction coordination service that works with agents in San Francisco and San Mateo County whose goal is to provide the highest level of service for agents during the transaction process. Eric is also an active member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors Forms Committee.

Jaime Naftel


Marketing Coordinator

Originally from Carmel, New York, Jaime Naftel joined Pacific Union as Marketing Coordinator in 2016. Formerly Marketing Manager at Fusion Real Estate Network, where she supervised a team of seven employees, Jaime creates marketing materials including brochures, postcards and emails to be used for advertising and open houses, builds print and online advertisements and trains agents to use Pacific Union’s technology tools and platforms. She is a cum laude graduate of SUNY New Paltz, in New Paltz, New York.

Larry Rosen



Larry Rosen is the primary copywriter for the Rebecca Hoffman team. He is a longtime freelance journalist and copywriter whose work has appeared in numerous print and online publications including, San Francisco Magazine, Seattle Magazine, and the Seattle Weekly. From 2007-2014 he was the real estate columnist for the San Francisco Examiner. Rosen is a member of the San Francisco Writers Grotto.
